Over the weekend I received my Modified issue and while turning the pages....I came across the RRE Ralliart!

CBRD BBX Lite got some punch. +108whp is crazy.
We have a saying here when the horsepower isnt making power to the wheel, we call it 'to the roof' or if you crash it or flip/roll it over. 378hp to the roof. :D |
Nice gains... although next I would be worried about the SST.

Oh, and I saw that typo that was circled. Definitely not a 2008.

HA! About time this article came out. I thought they forgot about it. It got mentioned in the October issue of DSport too. But DSport totally whacked the torque numbers I quoted. I told DSport I tried to keep it to 350 torque and they quote me as saying on one place 400 ft lbs and in another place 450 ft lbs is ok :-P Dont try that at home kids!
The tranny is taking it for now. ~30k miles with the last 20k pretty rough miles. It is on 410 whp (Dynapack) limited by 800cc injectors. 375 on the Mustang Dyno @ GReddy. With both Mike Ferrara and Stephan Papadakis driving @ Fontana it ran back to back 12.2 @ 109mph. Rossy (my wife) has pretty much straight up stolen the car from me. Even my 3 year old said the other day "That's momma's car". It is pretty fun to drive. Mike W |
Hey Mike,
How does that TR Sigma turbo compare to the BBX lite? Imagine it's more like a green but the housing looks stock? |
Wait and see on the Tomioka turbos. Give them some time. I tested a couple over the last couple months and more work was needed. The ones I got a hold of were not ready for prime time. They are making changes.
You can not go wrong with anything from CBRD. Mike W |
