They don't make this specific lip in polyurethane, only fiberglass. So in this case, they cut it in half and shipped it in two pieces wrapped together in heavy duty bubble wrap.
I had to take it to a shop to have them merge the pieces and it still didn't fit right. The opening in the lip for the lip on the bumper was too tight so we had to cut the bottom portion off.
After everything, it didn't come out too bad and it was only $176 (includes shipping) + the cost to have it put back together and fitted. It probably totaled to $250 or so. I can't remember how much I paid the paint and body shop but they didn't charge very much.
