The reason I am finally opening up the mos on the RA is because I am building the e30 to run in ST now
two cars? that can get pretty expensive haha

honestly I say at least ST. 245 tire width limitation fits perfectly for the RA. and since stock classes have to keep the same wheel width, the RA is pretty fucked with a 7.5

if it seriously wasn't for the ST's 245 limitation, I might be competing there with my X - because ASP is just too competitive/expensive with R-compounds and extensive mods to keep up with sometimes

in DS, I think the WRX really dominates over the RA. We have 2 national champions locally who run a WRX in DS - at nationals 2 months ago, one of them won FIRST in PAX with a WRX....that's fucking impressive

We have some quick drivers in Stock here too. A lot of Mazda 3's. They look agile while corner working and the times show. The SST really is a huge advantage though, and I still think it could compete against the WRX in stock. 225's where what was recommended for me.

A lot of great info, and I thank all of you.

I now plan on getting a mid pipe locally fabbed and keep OE turbo to cat. Just don't see the numbers on the graphs with upgrades on the OE Turbo. I will start with the Base map and found a guy locally through EvoM that is highly rated and has tuned SST X's. I'll give him the base to start on. IF I do anything with the suspension, it will be having the shocks/struts revalved. I can still scrape the bottom of this car at OE hight as is. If I could find a 15mm drop hats for the front as easily as I can for the e30, I would. There is no rake on this car!!

does your region not go by national SCCA classing?

stock class = no basemap (or tune at all)
ST___ class = tune, but no boost maps
ASP = tune with boost

It does. But I will not be running my Ralliart anymore now that I have the BMW.
