Sprayed the bird crap off my car... damn those birds.

Then drove out to my folks' house about an hour away for an early Mother's Day dinner. Got to roll the windows down and enjoy the beautiful weather. I also adjusted the dampening on the coilovers, set them to 15 front, 17 rear (1-softest, 30-hardest). Now it's more comfortable, not as bumpy going down the road. Still need to get rid of these soft tires.

I also tested my fuel economy on the way home, light acceleration, staying out of boost and driving at between 55-60 MPH, the readout said I was getting 28.6 mpg average.

cleaned the wheels and polished the rims today - they were getting dirty. then drove pretty vigorously up the GSP, so much fun.

can't wait to get the tuning process started and get much more out of this baby! im enjoying it a lot in stock, can't imagine how awesome it would be with better parts and tuned.

Installed an aluminum Evo MR bov from Lancershop. It's too bad our cars didn't come with these stock.

After reading about some of the benfits, I just picked up one from an EVO owner who put an aftermarket BoV in his MR.

Question though, does anything need to be done tune wise, or can I just drop in the Evo MR BoV and drive it as is? I'm new to teh turboz.

Nope, just install and go. Make sure you get a new vacuum line though if the one you bought doesn't come with it. Take the old vacuum line into an auto parts store, measure the diameter and cut one about two inches or so longer.
