Default Swap mmcs for newer model?

Long story short, I have a 2010 RA and I'm DYING without USB support. The dealer lied and told me it was included with the MMCS and I didn't realize it wasn't included until I got home and went to plugin a USB drive. Do I have any options to get USB support in my car (I got rid of all my CD's years ago)? If I bought a 2011 MMCS off of ebay or something would I be able to swap it out? Any aftermarket solutions? There was one company (forget who, I think 'neo' was in the product name) who made an external control box, but they didn't make them for mitsubishi's. This is the one thing I HATE about my car and I'm kicking myself for letting the dealer talking me in to keeping it.

*edit* it was Neo Car Audio that I was referring to and the adapter is the Neo Gateway.

Now supports all my thumb drives plus my iPhone.

Yeah... I'm probably going to have to go that route, was just looking for a cheaper option. Definitely don't want a single din unit because I like having a GPS without looking at my phone. *sigh* Wish I knew the music options on the mmcs were complete crap before I spent money on it though.
