Why are you going MBC route?

Tinkering with boost can be bad especially for the SST.

Tbh, MBC are a thing of the past. Nowadays everyone is running 3-port

The reason he said manual is cause there's no were around were I live to buy parts

The only guy around here with any smarts about RA's is hard to find he never replys to anyone, the dealership is about as useful as a rock they fired all the people who knew anything cause they wanted more money

Then I would be very careful tinkering with this car.

You dont want to replace a tranny or anything tranny related.

I would suggest looking into GST base maps and buying yourself a tactrix cable and doing some logging.

I would hold back on tinkering with the boost (yet)

So to get the car retuned do I need a performance shop or is that something the dealer can do or can I do it what all do I need ???

Performance Shop? Yes, but it needs to have TONS of experience tuning.

Dealer? HELL NO

You? Technically yes, but based on these questions and post...i would HIGHLY suggest you let someone else do it.
