Also, look through some drifter mags or browse the sylvia forums. They make a lot of universal flares that you can re-shape and adapt for your use.
Lastly talk to Mike at RRE. I think they were able to fit a 255 or 265 tire within the confines of the OEM well. Bigger isn't always better. The more tread you have, the more rolling resistance you have. If you're hard parking, then obviously stance is everything.
Good luck! Can't wait to see what you do.

Yeah, I have been diggin' around for reference..
I rather not re-invent the wheel for cheaper/inexpensive alternatives..
Yeah smaller is **AwH so cute**.
No, never that on my RA.
Stance, flushness, etc. is not going to happen on my RA.
Stickers & LEDs are enough for me.
Im going to need a lot of luck & shit load of measuring....
Tick stick, flex ruler, clay molding, 3d scan, 3d model.

No plans for marketing. Just trying to see what others think about the idea. Maybe get an additional idea from it, also references to universal parts. etc.
If I do mass production cost will be cheaper.
Unless if I use aluminum it will be costly.
Plastic mold & mfg process from Tap Plastic isnt cheap either for prototype.
All depends on manufacturing process/path.
I can get them made but the cost is holding me back...
So in the meantime collecting ideas is free.
