That's what I have been doing, albeit without the benefit of extensive data logging. I let the car warm up in normal/manual for 10-15 minutes depending on the outside temperature, and then switch it over to sport/manual the majority of the time. When I am in a suitably sporty situation, then I use S-Sport.

HAHAHAH Rich, not like that.. Sport mode has Significantly changed from stock maps..... But that's major difference between SS and S. Anyone with SS will vouch for that statement.

I mean I love driving on Sport mode when it should be, but like Trail and myself.... SS just blows Sport mode out of the water. =) Poor Rich.... Hurry up and get SS! Just dont tell your significant other!

Lots of colours to discern from those graphs, but it does appear to confirm the higher clutch pressures based on mode: s-sport > sport > normal mode.

Be nice to your SST by letting it warm up completely (clutches and fluid) before using sport or s-sport mode.

I wish I would have had the chance to test out LC and SSport before selling the RA.
