Default trans help from a pro? will these parts fit?

so basically im tired of having slip issues with my transmission and especially since i am going to be upgrading to a new turbo/cams soon! so i want to get my supporting mods now and if these parts will fit i will be ordering and installing very soon. so hopefully i can get a trans. expert to help me out with this. so now to the point. i want to upgrade to a 600hp trans clutch kit, and some new viton seals. both i will be getting from south side performance. the problem is they have them labeled for the evo x mr and even though the transmissions are similar i dont know how similar. and if these dont work i dont know what to go with. so here are the links

To the best of my knowledge they are not the same. You are better off contacting a shop than asking online because the only way to know is match part numbers. All other information would be guesses...

Call SSP... Im basing my info off a thread on EVOM about the clutch sets being similar but not interchangeable.

The Mitsu mechanic who installed my tranny was telling me that we could go as far as to install GT-R clutch packs in our cars. I never really looked into it just because of the cost of aftermarket anything for the GT-R, but I did find it interesting.

It seems like if we're interchangeable with a GT-R, then we should be interchangeable with an evo.

thats the kool part im looking into these new clutch parts is a 10 disc set for smoother faster shifts just like the gt-r has. our current transmissinon only has 8 disc's. also i did contact them today and they say they will fit for sure i was just hopeing that maybe some might have done this before.

On my old 100 octane tune it would slip shifting 1-2 and sometimes 2-3. But it has been retuned now to give less boost in the low gears and more in the high gears. But im gonna be doing a turbo/cam swap so I just want to reinforce the transmission for future mods.

The Ralliart transmission shares all the same parts as the SST tranny. All of the aftermarket parts on the market for the SST will fit the Ralliart. The Ralliart transmission will hold the same power as the SST transmission. FYI

An NO, the GTR cluthes will not fit in the SST transmission...

I was told that you should only do a cam upgrade if you plan to get something bigger than an oem evo x turbo. Aftermarket cams for our car will mainly "awaken" the power of aftermarket turbos (FP Green and CBRD BBX Lite for example). It may also awaken hidden power within the RA Lite from CBRD.
