Default What did you Trade-in for your Ralliart?

So what did you all trade-in for your beautiful RalliArts

I traded in my Mitsubishi Eclipse Remix GG. I don't regret it even though it was a fun little car and I had the full premium package with leather and all. My wife is very happy because the car doesn't sit super low anymore I wanted to keep the same color so the old eclipse color still lives on.

Seems like a lot of people had an Eclipse before getting a Lancer. I had a 2002 Eclipse GT in Titanium Pearl, dumped about $4k into mods and it was a fun little car, very low as well even with just Prokit springs. I traded it in for a more "practical" 2006 Subaru Legacy sedan, nonturbo. Back in January I totalled it after running off the road when I caught a patch of black ice, luckily I only suffered an injured finger and bruised my left knee.

I knew I wanted to get back into the Mitsubishi family and would have liked to have gotten an EvoX, but I couldn't afford it. Even the base Ralliart was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but in the end I am very happy with my decision.

My wife and I are sending our son to private school and needed to downsize. Since we are in the midwest, we had an '05 expedition. Completely unstoppable in the snow. But I was so impressed with the ra's performance in the snow. I was passing suvs like nothin. That was with the summer stockers.

I totalled my Miata and put the insurance check as the downpayment on my RA. Before the Miata I had a 98 Eagle Talon.

I threw money at them. 8k down payment just to pay it off faster with low monthly. 0% apr. I would be happier if I bought it in Socal for cheaper than 29k I paid OTD.
