If you are referring to the turbo when you say "it" then it's easy. The nuts comes off the studs and then the coolant lines come off and out comes the turbo with a stud still attached to it.

This is really great dude. I've been looking into doing an EVO turbo swap for some time myself. I started browsing online to find the OEM EVO X parts, but also I found a host of aftermarket turbo upgrades for the EVO X. We would have to tune the darn thing anyhow so, for a few grand more we could do a lot better that OEM...huh?

Theoretically yes. You just need to be sure you don't go over 300 torque with the stock clutch pack.
