I hope to get it installed this weekend or next weekend. Once I verify fit is perfect, I will start a group buy list. For those of you that are saying you are in if it's "cheap", I don't know what your definition is. It will not be less than $100, but not more than $300. Keep in mind this is a one piece machined billet aluminum part. I plasti-dipped it yesterday, and it looks GREAT. I want to verify that it fits 100% like I want it to before I finalize the price and set up the order.

It isn't really an overlay. This is an insert designed to go in to the existing bumper after it has been cut. I will supply a template to cut the correct geometry in to the bumper so it fits nicely. I will probably go ahead and make a template to cut the crash beam when I do mine, as well. As far as how much it protrudes from the bumper surface, it is only an 1/8" protrusion (less than 2 quarters). I also designed this so the cutouts in the bumper are over existing tag holes, so if you had a plate up front, then went to the evo sidemount, this will eliminate the holes left in the front of the bumper.

Here is a picture of Top Secret Ralliart Build check the front bumper.
This one is real nice. Longer length opening. Just for reference...

OT: Why cant we get lip like that here in U.S. or Canada locally???

Thanks for the pic. I hadn't seen this, but that is exactly how it is intended to fit, with the addition of the Ralliart logo in the center of my design that can be used for a logo, or ventilation. The unit I have designed will not protrude out as far as the one in the picture either. As far as the length goes, it is longer than the Evo X intercooler, but not as long as the ones in that bumper.
