Default WTB: Evo X/RA Engine

Hey guys looking to purchase a 4B11 long block either out of a Evo X or a RA. Preferably with low miles and including the oil pump, pulleys, etc. If it's out of a Evo and has the intake/exhaust manifolds and turbo then it's a plus. I'd like to buy one in CA that way I can physically see it before making the commitment to purchase. If you have one or know someone that does please make me aware of it. Thanks guys!

Sucks that you have to get a new engine bro.

One thing to note... if you're looking for an EvoX engine, you might want to include the ECU as well. I believe there are a few things on the EvoX engine that the RA doesn't have, thus would need to be controlled by the ECU. Then, you have to take into account that the EvoX MR might not recognize the SST since it's programmed for different 5th and 6th gear ratios, S-Sport mode, etc.

Good luck!

Honestly, might be hella cheaper to just buy a built motor. Just saying check out BuschurRacing.com

It's the same motor. No need for a different ECU.

Actually way more expensive to buy a prebuilt motor. Used Evo X engine is like 3-5k where a prebuilt engine will be like 6-20k depending on what you go with. Trust me I've considered all the options.

Timing chain stretched to the point where it came into contact with the other internal engine parts destroying both my block and cylinder head. Easier way would be to say I blew the engine or my engine went BOOM.
