Default Oil Filtration Threads

Does anybody know the threads of the oil drain plug and oil filter? I am changing the oil today and was going to install a magnetic oil drain plug. I have read elsewhere that different oil filters will bolt up. I plan to use the lawn mower size K&N 1004 Filter this time, but plan on installing a longer one off a Raider or 1920 Model T if I can track down the thread/ oil ring specs. I was joking about the Model T oil filter, Henry Ford would sell ya anykind of oil you wanted as long as it was black.
