Is the turboback (hfc) UR exhaust very loud in the 2-3500 rpm range? Like if I kept it low around cops, would i be fine?

Great review of the UR exhaust. I was doing exactly what he mentions... watching Youtube vids for some idea. I have been on the fence with the DC Sport single outlet or the UR axle-back.

Don't go with the DC sports exhaust, TERRIBLE fitment, wouldn't respond to my e-mails. Will never buy one of their products again

Definitely a great product! I have the performance muffler for now, but will be going turbo back very soon, Ultimate Racing FTW.

i got mine installed last week. catback, both options.

sounds great, no issues so far exept one.

i have a white ralliart and the exhaust tips seem to be too short? i end up with black soot on my bumper just above each tip. anyone else had this issue? i keep my car clean but im afraid it will eventually stain.

was told i could get them custom extended but you really need to watch what type of metal is used for this..

seems really odd its a purpose built exhaust specifcally for this car and they didnt think to make it a bit longer.

(you can see the issue on the pic above too)

I just got my UR full TB exhaust installed two days ago and I love it! I went with the catless/no resonator option. Car spools quick, nice tone and great fitment! My only problem is not with the exhaust itself but the OEM exhaust hangers... It took some work to get them on and off and I accidentally stretched one. Anyone know where I can get some good replacements besides the dealer?

Hi guys, great review and discussion, I did not have time to read all 13 pages so I apologize in advance if anyone has mentioned this.

Ever since my catback was installed I was getting clunking noises in the rain during cruising, it goes away and comes back randomly, I went to a shop and they were able to pinpoint my issues which lies between the driveshaft and the flange where the midpipe connects to the muffler pipe.

Turns out when it rains, the hangers get a little bit more lubrication and the exhaust moves more freely, the large diameters and the flanges are in very close proximity to the driveshaft and they collide with each other thus making a really nasty metal on metal grinding noise. This has driven me crazy and I was in constant fear that it was something inside my ACD which luckily is not.

I told my shop to move the exhaust a little bit to the side to give clearance and it has not happened since.

Just a heads up if anyone is having similar issues with me since this is an intermittent occurance and very hard to diagnose. All you need to check is to see if the flanges are chipped off near the driveshaft.
