Wow they're actually calling it a Ralliart lip? This is the 06-07 sti s204 lip. I have the same one, but haven't put it on yet so I can't give info on how to drill it yet. But this lip isn't technically meant for our cars, lol. That's why it's not a flush fit.
Sucks that eBayers are labeling it a Ralliart lip.
