i have swifts, and I remember how astonished I was when I first drove with them. subjectively speaking, at least 70% less body roll compared to stock. I can't speak for any other set of springs. look at my old posts to see pics. i think the drop is also perfect (eibach sportline and tein s-tech are too low IMO, sacrifces drivability). and I believe swift is the only design that utilizes minimal coils + progressive characteristics.

eibach sportline 1.7F 1.4R
eibach prokit 1.2F 1.2R
RRM 1.5F 1.25R
Swift 1.5F 1R
tein s-tech 1.7F 1.5R
works 1.2F 1.2R 260

This is mine when I was on Swifts.

not much lowering but it definitely rode and handled MUCH better.

Here is how they looked on the stock wheels:

I moved to Swifts from stockies a couple of months ago.. the drop is perfect (not to low) but on less than perfect roads the ride is really bouncy. At first it wasn't to bad but now that they've settled it seems like the bounce has progressed.

Now considering selling them and going for coilovers
