About how long did it take for your shocks to wear out with sportlines? And was it from just everyday driving?

I've been thinking about the lowering mine for awhile, but not sure which springs to use. I know yours haven't settled yet, but how much space is left between tire and the wheel well after you changed to the eibachs?
