Exclamation 2013 ralliart car troubles

Alright so earlier I had an issue with my ralliart powering down and losing all power when on the highway at a certain rpm.

Here's what I have so far info wise:

Temperature was -10F to 12F
Car would hit 70mph at almost 3,000 Rpms then complete power loss
Check engine light
Service transmission light
ASC turns off
Traction control turns off
Irratic idle when stopped
Wait 10 seconds with car off and then the car is fine when I restart it.
Check engine light goes away later.

Problem is this can be replicated when trying to reach 3,000 Rpms.

Codes are P061A and P1870

Any advice??? This is really freaking me out. Car only has 7,300 miles on it

Here is what I was able to lookup quickly:

P061A - Torque monitor
P1870A - Engine torque signal abnormality (SST code)

Are you on the factory tune?

Have a look at the following thread as it mentions specifically one of the codes you listed:

There is a recall like the above mentioned! You should definitely take it to the dealership!

thanks for the help guys, I asked for an appointment and I'll be taking it there
Update: It got warmer today, ambient temperature around 37 degrees and I tried replicating the issue and it runs perfectly fine now, I'm going to hold off the appointment for the recall now but thanks guys, great help

This happened to me also. Then just change something with the ecu at the dealer.
