Smile Bigger Intercooler

Hi Guys and Gals,

So far my mods are:

UR Short DP
UR HFC
UR UICP
Turbo XS Cat-Back
AEM Intake
Boost Pill
GST Boost Pill + Turbo Back + AEM Intake 93 Oct Tune

My next mod is going to be a bigger intercooler and LICP. Any suggestions on brand/size? Also will I see a difference in the butt dyno or just my pulls will stay consistent since I will not be getting heat soaked from smaller intercooler. Afterwards I either plan to go with Evo X turbo or port the small snail from CBRD. All feedback is much appreciated good or bad

You probably wont feel a difference. FYI, your UICP probably wont fit a new intercooler without some modifications since the outlet will be at a different spot.

Youll notice it, but mostly when its hot out.. I went with an Ets. Its the best value i could find. Just use that and an evo x licp, those together will give you a nice bump..

I had 3 inch ETS. Quality was GREAT. You can also go with EVO X intercooler. I am suprised that you running stage 2 tune with stock one.

Thanks for the input everyone. I guess I didn't follow the upgrade guide as planned. Mainly because I am not looking forward to take off the bumper and messing with the LICP. I know there is a real good guide someone posted that I will follow. I will send another update once the intercooler and LICP is in place.

That things got to weigh a ton, I was pissed about the added weight just doing a 3 inch intercooler..

overkill for a X turbo...

I suggest freeing up space to get more air into the cooler..that bumper blocks a lot of the air.
