Default sst fluid

what do you guys think i should do stick with oem or go with the gold stuff, boosting performance wants 150 for filter, and 160 per gallon i think let me know

If you call SSP you can get there filter and gold fluid for 459 shipped...! Id go with gold personally, especially if your rough on the trans

and the filter you have is? will a oem mitsu one work?


and yes im ruff on the trans my tuner was like you need to change it asap

Holy sh!t that stuff is expensive... how often is the SST fluid needing to be changed again? What's the benefit of using the SSP gold vs DiaQueen?

Yeah when you change your fluid you need 8 quarts though... so you'd need 2 of those containers! I have the ssp filter... its reusable the oem will work but everytime you need to change you will have to buy another one...

Its easier on the trans, from swapping I can feel the smoother shifts! and when it comes to our expensive trans spending a little more here and there trying to keep it from blowing is cost efficient in the long run right?

how hard is it for the filter install and wear does it go?

easy! remove your stock filter.... replace the filter housing(empty) the line coming from the trans to the cooler you cut and place the ssp filter It comes with everything you need.

^^ exactly what he said easy. however if you happen to have an aftermarket trans cooler like me it does make it a little more complicated, but still not to bad. i also went with the gold fluid from ssp and filter and i love it!!
