Makes sense, otherwise this would be a waste of a modification for the most part.

Only one request; to have those two funnels go all the way through the crash beam. To hide crash beam cuts.

The crash beam isn't that far behind this part. Unless you make the cuts in the crash beam the same size as the holes in this unit, you will not be able to see them. But just for good measure, I plan on painting my crash beam where it is cut. I need to get this thing mounted so everyone will know exactly how it fits.

Yeah, yeah, well sorry but this would of been perfect timing because my new front end came in on Monday and I dropped off my car at the bodyshop this morning. so having them have this piece while they still have the old front end on the car they could of cut scribed the old then cut out the styrafoam and crash bar then fit and prepped the new front end with the new overlay before painting it and installing the chrome ring. Now I am going to have to do this myself at a later date. It's just frusterating that's all LOL !

Prototype progress.....
Still have to cut the crash beam, but the unit looks GREAT installed. I know my car is dirty and you can see where the tag scratched my bumper and the prototype is only plastidipped and not powdercoated, but it looks and fits great. I plan on painting it all to match once the piece is fully done. The final parts will most likely be powdercoated fine texture black. I will post more pics once I pull the bumper to fully cut the foam and crash beam, but so far, so GREAT! Let me know what you guys think.
