No myself,Chuckdashi(Chris) and Mar from Emperor sat down and reestablished Emperor over some starbucks 5 years ago. I wanted more active tracking and went my own way 2.5 years ago. Still friends with all of them and had dinner not too long ago with a few of the Norcal guys while I was in SF...

My real name is Tim

Sup Tim, My name is Mike.
Yeah Most emperor are cool folks individually but idk, I feel like I dont belong.
I went to hang out wit them a few times, they looked at me like Im there to steal their shit or something. I just dont fit in. Plus I get bs about driving a prancer. Evo (ego) owners love to talk shit. I couldnt stand listening to ego boosted opinions.

I threw a few BBQ for em', twice mostly at my expense, it was an experience I wouldnt do again. lol. Someone donated .02$ towards the BBQ I spent over 300-400$ on. Moving on to better people.

After that I came across great people that willing to help each other & joined a team that doesnt care about specific brand/model of cars.
We're more people oriented. No ego allowed. lol.
We help each other build skills & improve ourselves.

We track too. I track when I can afford to.

I spend my hard earned money on BBQ to bring people together instead of spending money on myself or my car.

That was my limited experiences with that.

Yeah I started my Team because I wanted to be active in something other than Car Shows. I wanted an active team that had a support system and wanted to do stuff. So we BBQ,Track,Tech days,UFC fight nights, and a ton of other stuff.
I dont allow street racing or BS. Most of us are too old for that crap.

Hey blkside,
I'm actually getting my car ready to start tracking in a few weeks. New to the scene, don't know to much, but eager to get out and learn/have some fun.
When and where do you guy's go to?
I'd be interested in tagging along to check it out
Thanks,
Steve

Well track events are random except events like July while Im home on vacation. Everyone comes out to those.. Schedules make it hard to get everyone together for every track event especially since there are 2-3 almost every weekend. So during the regular season 2 or 3 members go usually together. Then I like to plan 2-3 super meets a year. Other than that there are lots of BBQs,tech days and other stuff..

If you are interested in joining LMK and Ill get you on our boards.. where are you in relation to Anaheim or IE?
