Default Creaking and popping

So when I turn the wheel at low speeds there is a lot of creaking and sometimes a pop! I bought the car used it's a 2011. What is the most likely cause and is going to be a big expense? (Sorry if it is a stupid question)

Sounds like a loose sway bar. Check your front suspension and make sure everything is good and tight.

Your car looks lowered. If it's lowered on springs/stock shocks it's been pretty common to have spring binding and popping. Not much you can do about that. Otherwise, check the above. It could be the upper strut mount needs grease or has failed too.

I think the struts are bad as a result of it being lowered. Will coilovers replace both shocks and struts? Is this a better route?

It sucks, now I'm conflicted. I wanted to spend money on intercooler and uicp but now might have to use it to go with coilovers or replace the struts.
