nvm not the starter i forgot you were driving when this happened. so its electrical most likely and that might take awhile. without any check engine codes

well finally got her running!!! finally, went back through and checked fuses, #22 i believe it was had blown. it goes to wastegate and injectors. replaced it and blew again. the O2 sensors i had installed was grounding out and kept blowing the fuse. had to tear back some of the heat shield where it was making contact and now the problem is fixed! thanks to everyone for your ideas.
