Default Boost gauge accuracy

When I bought my car, it already had an AEM boost gauge installed.
I'm wondering if the readings I'm seeing are accurate or not because at WOT I am reading 24-25 PSI.
Is there any way that this is possible without a turbo swap? Or am I getting incorrect readings? And if this is possible, is this a dangerous level of boost to be running? Thanks.

Yes the stock turbo can hit that high of boost.

Considering the mods list in your signature (notably the AMS boost pill), yes by all means that's possible, and is likely quite safe, given the custom tune that is noted.
