Common issue.. Alpt of guys wanna go wingless, the fast key trunk is nothing more than a hole in the trunk, and the button, the wiring for it is in all the cars.. so I was tempted to back the trunk with a wood block(inside) and just make a hole by drilling to accommodate the fast key, doesn't seem complicated..

I have two trunks, I'd go find a lancer guy who wants to trade, that's gonna be much cheaper..

Yeah I think I'll go the vinyl route....maybe I'll buy an extra plug and paint it just to see how it works out.
