Default Motorized Front License Plate

Ok, so I got the fix-it ticket for not having a front plate in CA. Resorting to a method that should help me without drilling anything on the front bumper.

What do you guys think?

Already placed the order and will post pics or video when I get done with it.

I can see this thing getting snagged at speed bumps and certain driveways..

Best for show, not for go. (street or track)

I have one of these sitting in the garage......Haven't had time to install it yet. I bought mine for the same reason...FIX-IT! I just throw my front plate up on the dash if I ever see a cop. Works great.

I have talked to a couple people who bought this and the results were. One guy forgot about this just once, he pulled into 7-11 to get a slurpee and scraped almost sheared the thing off the bottom of his front lip. it never worked the same after that. Other guy told me the motor or relay stopped working after about 14 months. Warranty was only for 1 year. He ended up going with the Evo style bracket.

Maybe it might work for you guys where it's almost summer all year but not for us up here in the Canadian Ice belt.
