Default Tune needed?

Another tune question thread!

I'm planning on upgrading my ralliart a bit.
Evo X intercooler with pipping
Evo BOV
Borla catback (which i have already installed)
These mods are the only mods im planning on doing to the car. period. its a daily driver, not a time attack or insane drag monster.

I have read that just with a drop in, you will need a tune. not sure if its true but..
with these few mods, is a tune really needed?

I have read many threads and have seen that a proper tune will increase hp and make the car run 10x better. But of course i do not own a money tree . So basically, will upgrading to these pieces without a tune, have a negative effect on the car?

Bolt on shouldn't require a tune & that includes drop in filters , but yes a tune will awaken this car's potential.

Cobb AP is a device that replaces a laptop to give it a tune. It's still a tune.

You could probably find a guy locally that has a cable a throw a free GST tune on it.

Buying a Cobb to throw a single tune on it is a waste of cash.
