There are 2013 GST basemaps out. However, they're limited at this point due to lack of testing for some of the higher mod maps.

Bricked ECU's can be recovered.

@deprydation so its not perfect yet? ill install evo x fmic with the boost pill, if the basemap is not ready yet then ill just wait

To clarify, I have a 2010 and put a 2010 map in there. The 2013 is included in the links I posted above, along with the thread.

My bricked ECU was recovered same day.

Got me scared to flash my ECU now. especially since i never done it before but just got my cable

no need to be scared, its just like updating an iphone iOS or JB it. Its simple if you follow the instructions exactly.
