Why do you want an Evo?

Well my car is back from the bodyshop, Car now has fresh paint. Front bumper cover is fixed along with all the minor dents ,scratches etc. They reworked the rear wheel wells and painted where they rolled fenders to fit the Evo X rims and tires. The front end, the hood, both fenders, all four doors both quarter panels and side skirts all have new paint, so pretty much the whole car. Spent less than 5 k so happy to have the car back looking shiny again. I may end up keeping it as it is so much FUN and don't know if my back could handle the stiff Evo X suspension. So I guess I will play it by ear and will be on the look out for an Evo X Turbo and manifold.

Im glad you've at least decide to keep it around a bit.
Yeah, Evo X Turbo upgrade. You cant beat cheap factory used part power.
If you needed more power you can always send it in to CBRD.

Update July 2012: I have really been enjoying the car this summer and it has been a blast, now that I have joined a new local import car club.

Well Its been over 6 months and I am finally getting some parts ordered and have a plan for 2013. I found a guy on Ebay selling the SST OEM transmission filter and housing assy for aprox 80 bucks so I bought 2 and I have tried repeatedly to get ahold of Mike W at RRE with no success. I really want his dual cooler setup on my car so I can actually survive more than 3 laps on the track without the trans overheating and shutting me down. But with 3300 plus KM to drive there it's just too far. My back up plan is to simply buy an oil cooler from CX Racing and try and source lines and fittings locally. If anybody is thinking getting this dual cooler done in the next couple months at RRE let me know as this is what Mike would need to mock up a second set of parts for mine. LOL !
Another project for Feb is a redesign of my skid plate this time as well as many changes to the skid plate for cooling and hole for jack etc I will be extending the aluminum plate out past the lower front bumper cover as a wind splitter and will be using 2 wind spliiter support rods to connect the aluminum plate to the crash bar behind the bumper for more structural support. This will simply be either powder coated or painted flat black and will increase protection to our delicate plastic front end. If damaged it will be easy to straighten and repaint the aluminum to look as good as new LOL! not to mention give it a unique custom look.
I will post pics at the end of next month when hopefully I have everything finished.
