I actually heard back from them the day after I left a voicemail.
Spoke to Chad about the situation. Seems that I may have been hitting my torque limiter and or boost spikes.
Going in for a tune on the 22nd while picking up some CBRD goodies to complete the tune.

limp mode
I am a new owner and had similar lag when car is rolling in sportmanual mode. Been told this is normal for the sst tranny. When not accelerating, rolling or stopped the first and second gears disengage causing a lag when you try to accelerate. The fix is to step on the brake to re engage and at same time step on throttle, rev and get off the brake to launch. I tried it and it solved the problem. The evo does all this launching automatically. Let me know how it works for u.

So is the UICP made of the "fabric material" to help protect the engine and tranny from boost spikes by expending when it spikes? And the steel UR UICP is not expanding, causing the engine and tranny to receive part of the boost spike? I noticed you said you have the aftermarket UR UICP... Does this make sense to anyone else?

Just a quick update..
After a tune with R/T Tuning, the problem has been solved.
Over boost and heavy loads. It needed a tune along with a custom map that can handle the heavier loads of boost.

The pipes are also larger to increase air flow, keeps the boost consistant and decrease the air temp. Once you get a tune you should not experience many spikes.

Sorry for the delayed response, didnt see this.
No RAD lite for me.. I picked up an X turbo for far cheaper than what the RAD will run me.
And CBRD lacks in lead time.
