Is the gauge made to match the off-white interior roof of the car? Like the same color as the stock pillar? or does it need to be painted to match?

Can someone explain to me this blind impulsive obsession with carbon fiber parts. They are expensive as hell makes your car look like it's unfinished ( AKA Ghetto looking) and that stuff is bloody fragile. Stuff pretty much shatters at cold temps. sorry for venting but it seems people are paying crazy money for it, I just don't get it.

Yeah people will ultimately spend money to buy what they want. Carbon fiber are light weigh alternative to fiber glass or aluminum (not by much) & metal (major weigh saving). but for price & weigh saving on certain parts are counter productive.
ie: CF parts that sit on other parts its not weigh saving you add more weigh to already existing parts.
In this case its for duel gauge pillar with boost gauge. which is ok if you already have many cf parts on your car. If not I would agree with unfinished look.

CF isnt as strong as they advertise *(Strong as steel)* not even close but weigh saving from steel you can compromise.
For the ridiculous price difference I will just stay with plastic panels.
In the end its "to each their own". Some cf or dry carbon looks very nice.
Some CF weaves are crooked... to make the whole car cf or dry carbon is pricey.

CF are mostly for shows. Only certain parts makes sense (performance wise) like heavy body parts to reduce some weigh.

Bump for the OP GLWS (Good luck with the sale)
