Congratz!!! We need pics!

Go with the Evo X BOV....less leakage

Aftermarket BOV's are pointless without an upgraded turbo on our cars

lmao less leakage than a GFB? i don't think so brutha.

I'm running a GFB stealth fx (same as the GFB deceptor) and its a beauty. very versatile and manipulable. also sounds great. running 25 psi through it, no leaks. the evo x BOV is just a metal version of our own, this thing is made like no other piece of metal I've ever handled. its so solid. definitely worth the money. it also gives the option of venting, something you don't need an upgraded turbo to do and something the evo x BOV can't do. I haven't had any problems with this thing, no codes or lights. just as long as you don't run full vent and you recirculate some air, its perfect.

i meant less leakage then stock...

An aftermarket BOV will do close to nothing for performance without any other mods. All it will do is give you a louder whoosh noise with a possible decline in performance. Not worth in it my eyes.

There are plenty of threads on here to back this up.

plus you dont have to let off the gas between shifts which is where the pshhh comes in. imo not worth it for our cars. a good intake will make the stock bpv a lot louder and you'll actually gain some performance out of it

There are only two BPV's worth buying. TiAL and Synapse

Take your pick, although I would stick with the Synapse on the RA. The TiAL will cause some surge and flutter. The Synapse is not a traditional diaphragm BPV, so it can open and close faster than anything else on the market.

agree with eric (NFS) - I run the Synapse and he runs the TiAL. they are no-nonsense units

on SST's, I (along with the majority) recommend the DV - looks great as it's more compact than the BOV model

SSP-TX crew loves the Synapse's so much they keep like 10 at their desk. so many people come in with other bov's installed that they "think" are just as good; thankfully they're prepared for when they're wrong

buy what works; I know the woosh sound is cool if this is your first turbo car, but trust me - you'll get tired of a loud obnoxious one; it's a phase that everyone goes through; it will pass

Synapse Synchronic (For RAD or stock RA turbocharger)

TiAL QR (For Evolution X and larger turbochargers ONLY)

If you plan to upgrade to the Evolution X setup OR a larger turbocharger than that, it really doesn't matter, but you will need one or the other.
