Default New to Club Ralliart

Hi All,

My name is David and I just purchased a 2010 Ralliart with 15k miles. I love this car so far and it is a blast to drive!

I am looking for some advice on what my first mods should be...

I am thinking about buying the Tactrix Openport 2.0 with AMS boost pill and loading a GST tune.

Please let me know what you all think and what type of hp/tq gains I should expect from these mods.

Welcome to the club. First mod should be driver mod. Just drive it til you know how your car behave under certain type of driver input.

First: Welcome and congrats on your RA!
Second: I think the IC, LICP, UICP, and BOV are a good place to start as well. The OEM Evo X set isn't a bad way to go as you can usually find a used package reasonably priced. Another way to look at it is to drive the car as is a bit first then determine what areas you'd like to see some improvements.

Welcome to the site.

MTZL has provided the best piece of advice one could hope for with a new car.

As the old saying goes, the most important nut in the car is the one behind the wheel

Default Boost Pill, GST Flash, and K&N drop in filter

So I finally got my Tactrix cable and boost pill. Installed boost pill and loaded the GST 93 Octane + Boost Pill tune. I also just dropped in a K&N filter. I love how the car runs now and pulls much harder. The transmission also seems to shift much smoother. I think right now I am going to just save up for more parts and not beat on the car. It is my daily driver and I have only punched it twice without breaking 80mph.

I was surprised how tiny the AMS boost pill is. After seeing some how to guides on installing the boost pill, it took no longer then 15-20 minutes. The flash was also a breeze.

I will try to post some pictures of my car this weekend.

I am a pretty defensive driver and in my 12 years of driving have not had any accidents... knock on wood. You always got to look out for the jamokes on the streets and I don't drive it like a mad man on the streets.
