One thing I didn't think about is that you are on the 18's. You have the 30mm offset, right? I am on the 19's that come in a 38mm offset, so I have more wiggle room than you do. 245 might give you more problems, and you might have to roll all 4 corners. Here are a few pics of mine..

Plus when the time comes im getting 18x9+36 with 255's. Lots of rolling is going to happen!
