No, you don't have a 2008 Ralliart. No such thing.

Try again.

Australia......where he is........had a 2008 RalliArt. Knowledge is power.

OT, did you blow multiple gaskets, or just the OEM one? Doesn't sound right to me.

No, that's just called you have too much time to Google info and want to claim you knew it all along...

Anyway, hope you find the solution to your problem, cafa.

What ever makes you sleep good at night, Russie. That is common knowledge to most people who know anything about the cars, especially considering the amount of help the Aussie side has given to upgrades/tuning help.

Back OT again, actually trying to help. Cafa, you should be able to tell easy if it is at the turbo to manifold gasket. Let the car cool completely and actually put your hand back there to see if you can feel the leak. Mani to turbo, turbo to o2 housing, or o2 housing to downpipe. Has to be one of them.

Perhaps a warped flange somewhere. Have you thought about maybe small cracks in the manifold or O2 housing?

Some people have reported cracked exhaust manifolds:
http://forums.evolutionm.net/09-rall...d-cracked.html

Most cast iron cracks are caused by rapid expansion. If you frequently get on it right away before it's warmed up it can cause cracks. Sometimes bad metallurgy can be the cause as well.
